Barbershop Ensemble

One way to support the Archie Edwards Blues Heritage Foundation is by hiring an ensemble of Barbershop musicians to perform at an event. Many participants in the Saturday jams are seasoned, professional musicians who volunteer to perform in an ensemble as a way to help raise funds for the Foundation.

Over the years, Barbershop ensembles have performed at community events, festivals, private parties, farmers markets, hospitals, food and drink establishments, and more.  Since the music the ensembles perform is acoustic blues, it is suited to a variety of situations even when amplified.

The fee for hiring an ensemble is negotiated on a case-by-case basis between the Foundation and the event sponsor.

If you would like to discuss hiring a Barbershop ensemble for an event, please send an email with any details and contact information to info@acousticblues.com with a subject line stating interest in hiring a Barbershop ensemble.
